ServiceNow Developer – CSM & App Engine

About the role

We are expanding our ServiceNow delivery team in Singapore and need a senior developer with deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and App Engine. You will own development activities across large‑scale enterprise implementations and work closely with architects and functional consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CSM and App Engine.
• Configure and customise workflows, business rules, catalog items, automation logic, and applications.
• Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party platforms using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with architects and functional consultants on technical design and implementation planning.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimise the platform.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in CSM and App Engine; exposure to FSM or other modules is a plus.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and App Engine Studio.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub.
• Full‑lifecycle implementation experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow CSA and at least one CIS (CSM or App Engine); CAD is advantageous.
