Shift Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our outlet across Singapore. You will lead the service crew during assigned shifts, ensure smooth service during peak periods, and uphold high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of outlet operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate crew deployment, assign daily duties, and supervise both service and kitchen teams.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, handle enquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor food preparation, product quality, and ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Assist with cashiering, cash reconciliation, and stock replenishment.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures, complete shift records and operational reports.
• Train and guide new crew members and support the Outlet Manager with day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE N/O-Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in F&B, fast‑food or outlet operations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team‑leading experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays in a fast‑paced environment.
