Shipping Coordinator – Manufacturing (Pasir Ris Area)

About the role

The Shipping Coordinator will manage export documentation and ensure timely delivery of goods for a manufacturing client in the Pasir Ris/Loyang area. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams, customers, and freight forwarders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare all shipping and export documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with internal customers to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders for collection and dispatch of shipments.
• Handle customer enquiries and collaborate with relevant departments for prompt feedback.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics Management or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
• Team‑oriented, resourceful, adaptable, well‑organized and meticulous.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed; 5‑day work week with MRT pick‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
