About the role
Vantage Automotive Ltd, the exclusive retail partner for BYD and Denza in Singapore, is looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager. You will lead a high‑energy sales team, drive showroom performance, and create memorable customer experiences that turn footfall into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales consultants in a fast‑paced showroom environment.
- Own and achieve showroom sales targets, including unit sales, trade‑ins, financing and insurance.
- Analyse performance data and implement on‑the‑ground actions to improve conversion rates.
- Manage stock holdings to optimise capital investment and reduce ageing inventory.
- Enhance customer experience, resolve complaints promptly and maintain high NPS scores.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that boost lead generation and conversion.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales leadership experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
