Singpass Product Operations Specialist (2-Year Direct Contract)

About the role

Singpass, Singapore's digital identity platform, is hiring a Product Operations Specialist for a 2-year direct contract with permanent benefits. Product Operations connects product development with the realities of customers, partners and operations, working with Product, Engineering, Design, Policy and Operations teams to make products operationally ready and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Operational readiness and go-to-market: partner with Product, Design and Engineering to define support models, workflows, escalation paths, training and rollout plans, and monitor post-launch performance
• Process improvement: analyse workflows, investigate bottlenecks and design scalable, automated processes using workflow automation and AI tools
• Customer, partner and product insights: gather feedback and data, turn it into recommendations and help prioritise operational improvements on product roadmaps
• Data and operational intelligence: define and track metrics, analyse trends and build dashboards and reports
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Product, Engineering, Design, Policy, Customer Experience and external partners to resolve operational problems

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Operations, Service Operations, Customer or Partner Operations, Technical Operations, Delivery Management, Project Management or a related field
• Experience in technology or digital product environments with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage projects and process improvements independently, and to influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Ownership, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, risk awareness and continuous improvement mindset

Required skills

• Comfortable with operational data, metrics, dashboards and reporting
• Familiarity with analytics or querying tools such as SQL is advantageous but not required
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, workflow automation or collaboration platforms is advantageous
