Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role
We are seeking a Site Engineer to lead building construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review project specifications and provide technical clarifications.
- Prepare method statements and resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Plan, design, requisition materials, control costs, supervise construction, and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants and sub‑contractors on technical matters.
- Monitor progress to ensure smooth and on‑schedule execution.
- Guarantee that work quality meets standards and that safety & environmental regulations are followed.
- Ensure all activities comply with the company’s ISO system.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
Required skills
- AutoCAD (advantageous).
- Microsoft Office.
