Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to support construction projects in Singapore, collaborating with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to align scheduling, project plans, and daily operational milestones.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day site operations, tracking progress against deadlines and ensuring work follows technical specifications.
• Support the Project Manager in maintaining timelines, controlling budgets and delivering quality.
• Analyse site ground conditions, soil reports and test data such as Cone Penetration Testing to assess technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and operational guidelines across active field locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Willingness to work on outdoor field sites under varying weather conditions.
• Ability to adapt to site access requirements and health/safety regulations.
• Availability for a 5.5‑day work week.
• Structured training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
