Site Engineer – Upper Thomson (6‑day workweek)

About the role

The company is seeking a Site Engineer to join a residential construction project in Upper Thomson, Singapore. You will work six days a week, supporting the Director and Project Manager in delivering the project on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director/Project Manager in monitoring daily technical and operational aspects of the construction site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on project matters.
• Coordinate and supervise all on‑site activities.
• Attend regular meetings with owners, architects, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, resolve technical queries and discrepancies, and address issues arising during execution.
• Monitor the work environment to ensure compliance with construction regulations, health and safety standards.
• Communicate technical information effectively and maintain working relationships with project team members.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Director/Project Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in building construction, preferably with a main contractor on private landed residential projects.
