Site Foreman

About the role

The Site Foreman will support the Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager in overseeing all on‑site activities related to formwork, concrete, rebar and reinforcement works across the project. The role ensures that construction is carried out safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Lead crews in basement lean concrete placement, formwork set‑up and rebar installation.
• Inspect and supervise casting of basement slabs, walls and columns.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist with daily manpower scheduling, man‑hour reporting and coordination of site issues.
• Monitor material and equipment delivery to ensure timely availability.
• Prepare and submit daily allocation sheets and manage material requisitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or civil engineering construction.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and details.
• Strong understanding of site safety practices and quality control.
