Site Manager – Retail (Sentosa)

About the role

The Site Manager will lead the daily operations of our retail outlet on Sentosa, ensuring both top‑line revenue and bottom‑line profitability. You will be responsible for staff performance, merchandising, and maintaining equipment functionality while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets for the site.
• Train and develop team members in cash handling, inventory management, camera setup, EPX/IMIX, and sales techniques.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and maintain quality standards.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, stock levels, and pricing recommendations.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues on‑site.
• Ensure compliance with legal and partner requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily records for payroll and overtime.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of retail or sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality comfortable engaging with strangers.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self‑motivated.
