Site & Operations Manager – Singapore Hub

About the role

We are seeking a senior Site/Operations Manager to lead our Singapore commercial hub for a global semiconductor supplier. This hands‑on leader will own the full P&L, drive regional growth across Southeast Asia, and act as the bridge between local customers and the global headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in Singapore and SEA through direct and channel sales.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic customers in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term commercial strategies aligned with global direction.
• Lead distribution networks and partnership development across the region.
• Oversee local operations, coordinating warehouse and logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Manage profitability, forecasting, and overall business performance.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing local team.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Required profile

• 15+ years of people management experience, preferably at Director level.
• Solid background in customer service/support and delivery within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record managing regional sales or distribution networks across multiple markets.
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, hands‑on environment with full ownership.
• Experience in international business and cross‑cultural collaboration.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability.
• Fluent English communication skills and willingness to work extended hours, including U.S. time zones.
