About the role
The Site Supervisor (BSC) will lead on‑site activities, ensuring that subcontractors deliver work on schedule and to the required standards. This role is based at our Singapore office and reports to senior project management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline.
- Ensure subcontractors execute their works according to industrial standards and contract specifications.
- Assist in identifying project defects and coordinate rectifications.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in HDB BSC operations is an advantage.
