Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction and roofing projects across Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that all works are delivered on schedule, meet contractual requirements and comply with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate site works, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to verify that contracted works satisfy all specifications and target dates.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to keep progress on track.
• Monitor that all workers, subcontractors and activities adhere to safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction or roofing industry.
• Possession of a BCSS certification.
• Certificate as a lifting supervisor.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese, with strong liaison skills with customers and main contractors.
