About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of windows and ensure project milestones are met across our construction sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating on‑site activities, managing budgets, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the progress of window installations to align with project schedules.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and manage foreign workers, sub‑contractors, and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with quality checks and safety standards.
Prepare and update progress reports and attend regular project meetings.

Required profile

Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working independently.
