About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Supervisor to join our construction team and support the Site Manager in delivering projects across Singapore. The role involves coordinating daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and on schedule, and acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Site Manager in monitoring project progress and adherence to the construction programme.
Work closely with subcontractors to schedule and coordinate tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Carry out site inspections and supervise on‑site work in line with project plans.
Prepare and update work schedules, attend coordination meetings, and provide site supervision reports.
Address and resolve on‑site issues promptly and perform ad‑hoc duties as directed.

Required profile

Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in building or construction works.
Strong teamwork orientation and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
