Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate subcontractor trades on our construction projects in Singapore. The role ensures that all installation works follow approved drawings and project schedules while maintaining safety and material efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the work of tradework subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Ensure installation activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan, order, and monitor on‑site materials, control wastage and guarantee timely delivery.
• Interpret construction drawings and provide clear guidance to the workforce.
• Manage foreign workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “N” level or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of on‑site experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Holding a Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Holding a Work‑At‑Height Certificate.
