Site Supervisor – Plumbing & Sanitary (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead Plumbing & Sanitary works on construction sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and on‑site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) activities on site.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows construction drawings and project schedule.
• Monitor site safety and quality of workmanship.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Prepare simple site reports and progress updates.
• Resolve daily site issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of P&S site supervision experience in Singapore.
• Experience working with Singapore construction subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of P&S installation works.
• Strong coordination skills with workers and site personnel.
• Responsible, hands‑on and able to work independently.
