Site Supervisor (Viaduct & Bridge Experience)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee all civil and architectural works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with authority and agency requirements. This role involves direct supervision of permanent and temporary works, coordination with contractors and partners, and monitoring of safety, environmental, and health standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all site activities, including road works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, trial trenches, and utility diversions.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies, and site partners to align work schedules and requirements.
• Oversee fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on‑site and off‑site.
• Manage lifting operations for the erection of precast concrete components.
• Review and assist in the issuance of E‑Token for soil disposal.
• Monitor safety, environmental, and health matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify quantities of work completed for progress payment calculations.
• Support the operation of the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC).

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
• At least 3 years of experience in road works, LTA projects, tunnels, viaducts, flyovers, or bridges.
• Relevant site safety certifications and prior contractor site work experience are advantageous.
