Site Supervisor (with Viaduct / Bridge Experience)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil and architectural works on viaduct, bridge and related infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all construction activities meet authority and agency requirements while maintaining safety, quality and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect permanent and temporary works, including civil, architectural, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utility diversions.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, agencies and site partners.
• Oversee fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on‑site and off‑site.
• Manage lifting operations for the erection of precast concrete components.
• Inspect and assist with the issuance of E‑Token for soil disposal.
• Review and enforce safety, environmental and health standards.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify quantities of work completed for progress payments.
• Support the operation of the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC) and provide additional services as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
• At least 3 years of experience on road works, LTA projects, tunnels, viaducts, flyovers or bridges.
• Relevant site or work safety certifications and contractor site experience are advantageous.
