Skilled Tiler – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a skilled tiler to join a reputable construction client in Singapore. The role involves preparing surfaces, cutting and installing a variety of tiles, and ensuring high‑quality finishes in residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Cut and shape tiles using power and hand tools to fit around obstacles and tight corners.
• Form tile beds with concrete, plaster, mastic, cement, glue or mortar, employing screeds, brushes and trowels.
• Align tiles precisely using straightedges, levels and squares to achieve even patterns.
• Install, polish and finish granite and marble surfaces with accuracy.
• Prepare surfaces with waterproofing materials or lath and ensure proper cleaning.
• Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.
• Follow blueprints, mark and measure areas to be tiled, and tap tiles into place securely.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in tiling, cutting, and installing various tile types.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering precise, high‑quality work.
• Physical stamina for handling tools and materials on site.
