Sneaker Designer – Women's Seasonal Collections

About the role

We are looking for a creative Sneaker Designer to lead the development of women’s seasonal sneaker collections. The role involves turning market insights and brand direction into compelling sneaker concepts, colourways and product details from initial sketch to final launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal women’s sneaker collections aligned with brand direction and market trends.
• Create sneaker concepts, colourways and detailed product specifications from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery.
• Stay current on sneaker trends, materials and construction techniques to enhance product quality.
• Apply technical knowledge of sneaker design and construction to drive design decisions and optimise performance.
• Evaluate seasonal collection performance and consumer insights to inform future collections.
• Manage design timelines and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Support other creative and design‑related projects as needed.

Required profile

• Established experience with a proven track record and portfolio specialised in sneaker design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design.
• Strong communication, organisational and delegation skills.
• Pro‑active, able to multitask, prioritize and work reliably in a team.
• Fun, vibrant, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
