Social Media Content Producer

About the role

Mothership is looking for a creative Social Media Content Producer to craft engaging, high‑quality content for its TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms. You will take ideas from concept to execution, ensuring the brand stays fresh, dynamic and relevant to a youth‑driven audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks), graphics and other visual assets for social channels.
• Spot emerging trends and viral topics, turning them into timely, audience‑centric content.
• Contribute to social media strategy, aligning content with brand voice and audience expectations.
• Own content projects and campaigns end‑to‑end, delivering on schedule and quality standards.
• Option to work an evening shift (4 pm‑11 pm, Mon‑Fri) if preferred.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong news sense and awareness of current affairs relevant to a youthful audience.
• Passion for digital‑first storytelling and a drive to produce shareable content.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a fast‑paced team.
