Social Media & Creative Executive

About the role

Amore Group is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media & Creative Executive to drive the growth of its portfolio of brands, including Amore Fitness, Amore Define, am Pilates and amber. The role works closely with an external social media agency to ensure high‑quality content, brand consistency, and effective campaign execution while fostering daily community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the social media agency, reviewing monthly content calendars and campaign deliverables.
• Coordinate photoshoots, manage approvals, and ensure seamless communication with external partners.
• Manage daily community interaction on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Xiaohongshu, responding to comments and monitoring trends.
• Design social media assets, EDM visuals, promotional materials, and adapt key visuals for digital and print formats.
• Capture and edit photo and video content for outlets, events, launches and ad‑hoc shoots using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Maintain an organised content library and support marketing campaigns, events, partnerships and activations across all brands.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and stay updated on platform trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, creative design or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
