Social Media Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands as a Social Media Executive for Food & Beverage, creating compelling visual stories that showcase our restaurant brands. You will work closely with marketing, communications, chefs and restaurant managers to elevate the online presence of our dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and curate high‑quality content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms, ensuring alignment with each restaurant’s brand guidelines.
• Produce multimedia assets – photos, videos, graphics – that highlight culinary offerings, ambience and special events.
• Manage online communities by monitoring conversations, responding to customer inquiries and handling service recovery, including after‑hours support (6 pm‑12 am weekdays and weekends).
• Collect and report TripAdvisor and Google reviews on a weekly basis.
• Provide photo and video coverage for events such as guest shifts, openings and private functions, delivering post‑event reels promptly.
• Plan, execute and optimise social media campaigns, using management tools to schedule posts, track performance and generate analytical reports.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison for assigned restaurants, handling administrative tasks and coordinating shoots with operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of social media management experience within the hospitality or F&B sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and marketing strategies.
• Excellent copywriting and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred).
• Experience using professional photographic equipment and video production tools.
• Competence in photo‑editing software and social media management tools.
