About the role

This remote position offers a seasoned Social Media Manager the chance to advise a wine distribution company on building a powerful digital presence. You will craft and refine a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing social media channels and content performance to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
• Develop a tailored social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and target audience in the wine sector.
• Advise on video and animation content creation to maximize engagement and reach.
• Recommend platform selection, posting schedules, and audience interaction best practices.
• Provide guidance on paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and community management.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success and inform ongoing strategy.
• Offer continuous support and consultation to ensure implementation and optimization of recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and consultation, preferably in food & beverage or consumer goods.
• Strong creative background in video production, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Expertise in multi‑platform strategy execution (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working remotely and managing projects independently.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of successful campaigns.
