Social Worker / Counsellor (Family Service Centre)

About the role

Allkin Singapore is seeking a compassionate Social Worker / Counsellor to join its Family Service Centres (FSCs). You will support vulnerable individuals and families across various client groups, delivering casework, counselling, and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct triage and intake services for community members.
• Provide casework and counselling interventions for individuals and families.
• Plan and facilitate group work to address beneficiary needs.
• Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources.
• Advocate with systems and stakeholders to coordinate interventions.
• Assist with company projects, report submissions, and any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
• Experience in casework, counselling, risk and crisis management, or group facilitation (internships acceptable).
• Strong analytical ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for uplifting vulnerable individuals and building thriving communities.
