Software Developer – Java, Spring, Micro‑services

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of financial‑payment solutions. The role involves close collaboration with solution architects and test teams to deliver high‑quality, secure software.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirement elicitation and produce technical and operations documentation.
• Work with Solution Architect/Software Development Lead on analysis and design of code changes.
• Implement code changes, perform unit, system and integration testing, and ensure compliance with coding and security standards.
• Support test teams during system integration testing and resolve reported issues.
• Provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders during acceptance testing and post‑cutover implementation.
• Help develop training materials and deliver presentations as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Java/J2EE development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience in the financial or payments domain is a plus.
