Software Developer (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Software Developer to own the full software development lifecycle on a remote contract basis. You will work closely with product, design, and QA teams to turn business requirements into high‑performing, secure, and user‑centric applications.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for web or mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.
• Debug, test, and optimise application performance for a seamless user experience.
• Integrate external APIs and third‑party services.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, code comments, and API specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# and modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Django.
• Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Reliable backup power supply, internet connection, and a working laptop.
