Software Developer (Singapore Citizen Only)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Software Developer to join our team in Singapore. The role involves end‑to‑end troubleshooting, bug fixing, and ensuring optimal performance of our applications. Candidates must be Singapore citizens and ready to work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive troubleshooting of software configuration, performance, and integration issues.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve coding bugs promptly.
• Review and update application configurations for optimal performance and compatibility.
• Assist in resolving integration challenges with external systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless software operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of professional experience in software development and bug fixing.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with software configuration management and performance monitoring tools.
• Availability for 24/7 standby, overtime, and shift work as needed.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
