Software Development Lead (Tech Lead) – AI Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a Software Development Lead (Tech Lead) to design and deliver high‑performance AI‑driven banking solutions for our Singapore team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a scalable platform for AI‑enabled financial services.
• Write clean, efficient code for cloud‑based systems and integrate components with internal and external services.
• Incorporate AI and machine‑learning models for real‑time processing and ensure algorithms are embedded within financial applications.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests to guarantee software quality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Contribute to architecture design for secure, high‑performance financial systems.
• Participate in code and design reviews, adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product managers.

Required profile

• Computer degree with 7+ years of hands‑on software development experience, preferably in a lead or tech‑lead role.
• Proven experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, Python.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure (or private cloud).
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
