Software Engineer (Full Stack) – .NET, Java, AWS

About the role

We are hiring a Software Engineer (Full Stack) to design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end software and web applications used by the financial industry and MAS officers for financial supervision. You will work in an agile team delivering micro‑service based solutions on modern cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain microservices using .NET Core.NET 8, C# and Java, applying event‑driven architecture and Domain‑Driven Design principles.
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy them on AWS services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway and RDS.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth and enforce security best practices.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend ASP.NET WebForms applications.
• Develop responsive web interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and reusable UI components managed in Storybook.
• Write unit tests, leverage generative AI for code review, and maintain legacy .NET Framework (4.x) applications.
• Manage deployment and configuration on IIS and Windows Server, including environment‑specific Web.config transformations.
• Troubleshoot and optimise performance across the full stack, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full‑stack software engineer.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core.NET 8, C#, Java and related backend technologies.
• Hands‑on experience building microservices, event‑driven systems, and working with AWS cloud services.
