Accenture is seeking a Software & Platform Engineering Associate to design, develop, enhance, and support innovative technology solutions that help organisations accelerate digital transformation. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and platform solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and engineers, to deliver high‑quality technology solutions.
• Participate in application enhancements, system integrations, and platform modernisation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability.
• Support code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes while adhering to engineering standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software development, application engineering, or platform engineering.
• Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and system integration concepts.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and cloud‑based technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
