Software Engineer – Power Platform

About the role

PwC is seeking a Software Engineer specialized in Microsoft Power Platform to design, build and support innovative solutions that help internal teams operate efficiently. The role involves creating applications, automations and virtual agents while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI) that meet business requirements and deadlines.
• Develop reusable components and new approaches for system design and functionality.
• Manage projects through planning, analysis, design, build and testing phases.
• Guide and coach team members on best practices for Power Platform development.
• Provide operational support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and related applications.
• Take on additional application‑related responsibilities as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑10 years of experience developing on the Power Platform, including Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven), Power Automate, Copilot Studio agents and Power BI.
• Proficiency with Dataverse (CDS/CDM) and creating both out‑of‑the‑box and custom connectors.
• Experience building React applications with Vite and integrating REST/JSON APIs.
• Hands‑on skills in Python.NET/.NET Core, C#, SQL, CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, RDBMS concepts and Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑900, AZ‑900) are a plus.
