Software Engineer – Singaporean Only

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Software Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on troubleshooting, bug fixing, and ensuring optimal performance of our applications while collaborating closely with development, QA and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive troubleshooting to diagnose and fix software configuration, performance, and integration issues.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve coding bugs in a timely manner.
• Review and update application configurations to maintain optimal performance and compatibility.
• Assist in resolving integration challenges with other systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers and address their concerns effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Work closely with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless software operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in software development and bug fixing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Familiarity with software configuration management and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
