Software Engineer (Singaporeans Only)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Software Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and ensuring smooth operation of our applications across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end troubleshooting of software configuration, performance, and integration issues.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve coding bugs promptly.
• Review and update application configurations for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to maintain seamless software operation.
• Handle file transfers, push container images, and manage container orchestration for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Assist in resolving integration issues with external systems and platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers and document issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) for technical debts and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in software development and bug fixing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Available for 24/7 standby, overtime and shift work when required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
