Solution Architect, MSSP

About the role

CrowdStrike is hiring a Solution Architect to support its MSSP/MSP (Managed Security/Software Service Provider) partners. The role is partner-focused and technical, helping expand CrowdStrike's footprint in the managed services market by landing new MSSP partnerships and growing existing ones. It combines technical work on partner solutions with strategic alliance initiatives and internal representation of the Solution Architecture and Alliances organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner advocate for MSSP/MSP relationships, driving new partnerships and expanding existing ones through enablement and solution alignment.
• Pursue new MSSP recruits by explaining the technical and business value of managed services built on the Falcon platform.
• Work with MSSP partners, their Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to develop and operationalize CrowdStrike-powered managed service offerings.
• Help partners design scalable, multi-tenant architectures aligned with their service delivery models and go-to-market strategies.
• Enable partners' workflows, playbooks and automation using CrowdStrike's platform, including API integrations, data ingestion pipelines, AI and SIEM/SOAR connectivity.
• Develop technical enablement plans for partner teams such as SOC analysts, threat hunters, incident responders and partner SEs.
• Build partner and client self-service solutions that reduce friction in onboarding, deployment and management.
• Work with team leaders on technology strategies focused on MSSP scalability and service monetization.
• Assist with partner demo environments and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Resolve partner issues and advocate for MSSP-specific platform needs, acting as an interface between Product, Engineering, Sales, Support and Channel teams.
• Report on partner field activities, pipeline influence, technical blockers and enablement gaps, and represent CrowdStrike at security conferences and partner events.

Required profile

• Significant technical capability in modern security platforms and a strong understanding of how MSSPs architect, deliver and scale managed security services.
• Experience in a security-focused Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or similar pre-sales/technical role, ideally with MSSP or managed services exposure.
• Demonstrated experience landing and expanding technology partnerships and growing revenue within existing partner relationships.
• Familiarity with MSSP business models, including multi-tenancy, white-labeling, service packaging and consumption-based licensing.
• Business development experience in a consulting, services or channel/partner environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to address senior executives at partner organizations and their customers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of one or more of: Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, Agentic AI, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, Operating System Architecture.
• Experience with data consumption via APIs, scripting and data exchange formats.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and drive business outcomes.
• Bonus points: scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python or VBScript; experience with SIEM, SOAR or XDR platforms; familiarity with multi-tenant security platform management.
