Solution Architect - ServiceNow

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring a Solution Architect focused on ServiceNow in Singapore. You will design, implement and optimise enterprise ServiceNow solutions, combining deep ServiceNow and enterprise architecture expertise with Agile delivery leadership. The role centres on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), AI capabilities, platform performance and enterprise integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, aligned to enterprise technology standards
• Evaluate, design and govern ServiceNow implementations, including feasibility assessments, architectural reviews and validation of vendor deliverables
• Drive platform innovation, including AI capabilities, predictive analytics, performance monitoring and integration with other SaaS platforms
• Lead Agile delivery as a Scrum Master or Agile leader, facilitating ceremonies and managing delivery metrics
• Oversee platform transformation, including migration to the ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP) and simplification of access controls
• Partner with stakeholders to set architectural governance and promote standardisation

Required profile

• 8-10 years of solution architecture experience, including at least 3 years of ServiceNow architecture experience, preferably with CSM
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives
• At least 3 years of Agile delivery leadership as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
• Experience in vendor management, technical governance, solution validation and quality assurance
• Preferred: experience in government or highly regulated environments

Required skills

• Enterprise architecture frameworks, ITSM, business process automation and integration patterns
• Preferred: ServiceNow CSA and CIS, ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master, TOGAF, cloud platforms, AI/ML knowledge, SAFe or LeSS
