Solutions Account Manager

About the role

Satair is looking for a Solutions Account Manager based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Solutions Account and Program Management. The role works with colleagues worldwide and deals directly with external airline and MRO customers, owning the lifecycle of complex managed solutions. It acts as the bridge between customers and internal operations, balancing customer needs with internal capabilities, and is accountable for both operational delivery and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• In-service deals: own allocated contracts, including operations and financials with local customer teams, and launch and drum-beat actions to maintain service levels and profitability
• New campaigns and customers: lead design activities, align customer requirements with existing capabilities, identify gaps and integrate service extensions into customer operations
• Future design: manage improvement and enabler projects, grow the solutions portfolio and define requirements across data management, supply chain, IT, quality, product management, accounting and finance
• Secondary duties: perform data analysis and provide back-office support to local teams on incidents, service level issues or training and tool gaps

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Business Administration
• More than 3 years of work experience in aerospace in a customer-facing role
• Project management and/or process design experience
• Ability to analyse large data packages; programming skills are a plus
• Experience with aviation MROs, airlines or suppliers is a plus
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and terminology
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, including negotiation and queries
• Strong analytical skills, social competence, customer orientation, openness to different cultures and high professional integrity
• Availability for occasional international travel
