Solutions Architect – Greater China

About the role

The Solutions Architect will partner with Stripe’s Greater China customers to uncover deep business pain points and design end‑to‑end payment solutions that drive growth. You will act as the technical champion, translating strategic objectives into concrete architectures and roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough technical discovery and business analysis to understand customer operations, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Lead strategic engagements with APAC and Greater China users, guiding them through a structured discovery process and presenting tailored solution architectures.
• Design and demonstrate technically sound solutions, including complex third‑party integrations, to secure the “technical win” with executive briefings and presentations.
• Identify expansion opportunities and introduce new Stripe capabilities, local payment methods, and global market extensions.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer within Stripe’s product and engineering teams, influencing product roadmap based on real‑world needs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (Senior Executive) in solution architecture, enterprise sales, or technical consulting.
• Proven ability to engage C‑level executives and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
