Solutions Engineer – Thai Speaking (Cloud Intelligence)

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer for DoiT Cloud Intelligence, you will be the technical face of DoiT in Thailand, working remotely within the APJ timezone. You will partner with sales, customer success and AWS field teams to help Thai enterprises and partners unlock actionable cloud insights and drive cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct deep technical discovery of customers' cloud environments, cost management challenges and operational goals.
• Own and drive Proof‑of‑Value engagements, delivering tailored demonstrations of DoiT Cloud Intelligence in Thai and English.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses that translate cloud economics into clear financial impact for engineering and executive audiences.
• Partner with AWS field teams and local MSPs/SIs on co‑sell motions, accelerator programs and Well‑Architected reviews.
• Design and implement hands‑on cloud engineering improvements, including cost‑efficiency, resilience, security and automation.

Required profile

• Native‑level Thai speaker with professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing, deploying and operating production workloads on AWS (experience with GCP or Azure is a strong plus).
• Proven track record in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Pre‑Sales.
