Solutions & Integration Engineer (APAC)

About the role

Telenor Linx is looking for a Solutions & Integration Engineer to join its growing APAC team. The role helps Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and strategic partners launch and scale digital products across the region, working closely with customers, partners, Product Managers, Engineers and Customer Success teams. It is a highly visible position with direct exposure to customers and partners across APAC, with some travel expected.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new partners, acting as the operational and technical focal point for MNOs and partners across APAC.
• Own partner onboarding end-to-end: solution configuration, API integration support, testing validation, UAT coordination, launch readiness and post-launch monitoring.
• Advise partners on operations, platform changes, documentation, reporting and operational support.
• Partner with Product, technical and operational support teams for Customer Success Managers during customer engagements.
• Facilitate customer workshops and solution discussions to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Bridge customers, partners and internal teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Improve onboarding processes, documentation, reporting and customer journeys.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business information systems, telecommunications or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in telecommunications, digital payments, SaaS, CPaaS, digital services or related fields, including work with MNOs, digital platforms or subscription ecosystems.
• Customer-focused professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable across global teams and time zones.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with some travel.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with integrations, onboarding, testing and platform configuration.
• Solid understanding of APIs and technical concepts.
• Technical or development background (IDEs, GIT, databases) is an advantage.
