Solutions & Project Executive (Mobility Technology)

About the role

As a Solutions & Project Executive you will act as the bridge between technical teams and clients, overseeing projects from implementation to ongoing operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end system implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, deliverables and service quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with regional teams, transport operators, vendors and partners.
• Conduct system testing, operational checks, user training and monitor KPIs for transport services.
• Support pre‑sales activities including product demos, feasibility assessments, proposal preparation and proof‑of‑concept configurations.
• Provide first‑line support to clients and partners, respond to product and operational inquiries, and drive continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of customer‑facing experience in project management, technology implementation or operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
