Sommelier – Sentosa Island

About the role

We are seeking a professional Sommelier to join our hospitality team on Sentosa Island. You will enhance the guest dining experience by providing expert wine service, recommendations, and food pairings across our resort restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional wine service and suggest food‑wine pairings to guests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of wine varietals, regions, vintages and tasting profiles.
• Assist in maintaining accurate wine and beverage lists and support promotions, tastings and special events.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper cellar storage and presentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and service teams to ensure smooth beverage operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of wine service experience in fine‑dining, luxury hotel or integrated resort environments.
• Strong knowledge of wines, regions and food pairings.
• Preferred certification from WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers or equivalent.
