Spa Concierge

About the role

The Spa Concierge will be the first point of contact for guests at Mandarin Oriental Singapore’s luxury spa. Working within a collaborative team, you will ensure a seamless and memorable experience for visitors by managing the reception, retail, relaxation areas and supporting sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, provide tours and re‑orient returning visitors.
• Handle all front‑desk duties including booking treatments, printing confirmations and managing guest inquiries via face‑to‑face, phone or email.
• Maintain the spa reception area, retail displays and relaxation zones, ensuring they are tidy, stocked and functional.
• Monitor inventory levels for supplies and report any dysfunctional equipment to the Treatment Manager.
• Assist with sales and marketing of spa treatments and retail products, including preparation of gift certificates and pre‑payment arrangements.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures, daily checks of gym and pool facilities, and report maintenance issues.
• Support the Spa Operations Supervisor and Treatment Manager in overall spa operations.
