Special Process Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Special Process Operator to carry out thermal spray and GEL coating operations for gas turbine and aero‑derivative engine repair. The role involves a range of supporting processes such as blasting, polishing and heat‑treatment, ensuring that all work meets strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating on turbine and engine components.
• Execute ancillary tasks including blasting, polishing and heat‑treatment as directed by work instructions.
• Maintain product quality, equipment condition and adhere to production schedules.
• Observe and enforce all environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulations, reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow housekeeping standards.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary education or higher; NTC or equivalent preferred.
• Basic command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Experience in related processes is preferred (up to 3 years), but on‑the‑job training is available for suitable candidates.
