Specialist – Design, Strategic & Project Management (Eco‑Campus Planning)

About the role

The Specialist will lead design, strategic planning and project management activities for the NYP Campus Masterplan and Campus Rejuvenation initiatives. You will ensure sustainable, innovative, and inclusive solutions are delivered from concept through construction and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, budgeting, funding approval and design programming for sustainable design and space‑planning projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, produce conceptual designs and integrate them into project briefs.
• Evaluate, recommend and value‑add sustainable design solutions while reviewing consultant and contractor drawings for quality, compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee architecture, interior design and material proposals, ensuring adherence to specifications and code requirements.
• Provide technical support for special projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Manage overall strategic planning, fund management, procurement, construction, commissioning and project hand‑over.
• Coordinate approvals, clearances and consultations with authorities, management committees and government agencies.
• Maintain project data, develop dashboards for progress reporting and assist in establishing a BIM framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sustainable campus design, space planning and phased remodeling.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate regulatory and funding processes.
• Demonstrated capability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams through all project phases.
