Specification & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Specification & Marketing Executive will promote ANRADUS' building material systems to architects, interior designers, consultants, developers and contractors. You will act as the bridge between product development and the market, ensuring our solutions are specified and adopted in new projects.

Key responsibilities

• Promote building material systems to key industry professionals and increase product awareness.
• Identify project opportunities, track specifications and work with sales to convert them into orders.
• Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities, including events, presentations and promotional visits.
• Create and update brochures, catalogues, technical data sheets, presentations and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain the company website, social media platforms and digital marketing content.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, competitors and business opportunities.
• Coordinate product testing, certification and maintain regulatory listings (SGBC, HDB, COC, etc.).
• Prepare monthly marketing and project specification reports and keep customer databases up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
