Sr. Partner Development Manager

About the role

The Sr. Partner Development Manager will lead the growth of LogicMonitor's Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem in Singapore. You will act as a trusted advisor to MSP leadership, helping partners leverage LogicMonitor’s observability platform to improve efficiency, scale services, and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline of 3–5× annual quota through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and marketing‑generated opportunities.
• Identify and engage high‑potential MSP partners, conduct discovery conversations, and qualify opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to contract execution—including expansion, renewal, and long‑term account development.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver demos, technical evaluations, and solution workshops.
• Develop business cases, negotiate contracts, and close new business while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with MSP executives, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS or cloud‑based solutions to Managed Service Providers.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding ARR and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and executive‑level relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand complex MSP business models and align solutions to their objectives.
