Sr. Project Manager - Delivery Excellence

About the role

Hitachi Solutions is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP/CRM implementation projects from initiation to delivery. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, senior management, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assemble, lead, and motivate cross‑functional project teams.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely completion.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and obstacles.
• Manage project budgets with cost efficiency and transparency.
• Facilitate clear communication and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by addressing feedback and managing expectations.
• Evaluate project performance, document lessons learned, and share best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience managing ERP/CRM implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering full‑life‑cycle ERP/CRM or Power Platform projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or Power Platform preferred; experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite also considered.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM modules, system integration, and data migration.
• Familiarity with project‑management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) highly valued.
