Staff Mobile Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Mobile Engineer to lead the design and re‑platforming of our fintech mobile applications. Based in Singapore, you will work on our flagship multi‑currency wallet, driving performance, stability and user experience across iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, applying best practices for performance and maintainability.
• Architect robust, maintainable solutions and incorporate platform‑specific enhancements with Swift or Kotlin where needed.
• Own app‑store access and deployment accounts (App Store Connect, Google Play, Firebase), including Apple certificates, provisioning profiles and code‑signing repositories.
• Perform crash and incident triage, set Crashlytics thresholds, decide on hot‑fixes and act as the escalation point.
• Drive modernization of the mobile tech stack by leveraging Swift, Kotlin or both for platform‑specific improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, architect and implement scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in the development process and implement solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Deep expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong background in native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development, preferably both.
• Proven experience managing app‑store deployments and code‑signing processes.
• Ability to lead, mentor and elevate the capabilities of a mobile engineering team.
